An independent press for writing that takes a calling to make.

Raed Press is a nonfiction publisher in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We publish books about the work of setbacks — failure, resilience, and the practice of building something that lasts.

What we publish

The house begins with its founder’s books: the Failure Trilogy — Failure Resume, Little Failures, and All-Ready — followed by Founding Pyros and a growing catalog that includes Startup Anarchist, Arctic Ocean Strategy, and Financial Collective. From there we publish a small number of outside authors each year, and the publisher works with each one directly. Our subjects are professional growth, entrepreneurship, and the ideas a writer has paid attention to for a long time. We do not publish fiction or poetry at this time.

The founder

Raed Press was founded by Raed Saber Elaydi, PhD, who writes about failure and what it is for — the voice it leaves behind, and the practice of getting past it. He is the author of the Failure Trilogy and the forthcoming Founding Pyros.

The imprints

We publish under two imprints: Raed Press, for trade nonfiction, and Elaydi Consulting, for professional and organizational work.
